I know theres a version for Linux but it will cost me a arm and a leg and I love my arms and legs..

If you are referring to the PLE version, there seem to be no plans in making a Linux version of it.
You might as well grab the XSI Experience version from Softimage, which IS available for Linux right now.

Thanks for the reply. I have Softimage but I cant get it to install. I get these errors when it says its reading the registry. I have Rh 7.3....
Where can I get a hardware key for linux and how do I install it.
This would help me alot.
