actionfigure 06-25-2003, 08:28 PM Has anyone heard when theyre going to come out with a free trial version of Maya for Linux...or any other new 3D progs..Blender is great but at times hard to use.

This is a quote from Robin Rowe's email today on the Cinepaint mailing list. Robin is the maintainer for Cinepaint, and is not affiliated with Alias|Wavefront.
"Official response from Alias|Wavefront:
At this time Alias|Wavefront does not have plans to develop versions of Maya
Personal Learning Edition for IRIX and Linux."
