If I'm right, there is an animation that was highlighted in cgtalk's main forum that features an anime visual style. It's author was a group of french students and the quality was very high. It's story was about a boy who can draw a bunch of illustrations at the same time using a somewhat fantasy machine to deliver messages to the citizens. Does it ring any bell? I'm sure at least some of you guys have watch it. It's a shame I can't find it in here.
