Too many pointy things in the shadows.

The eyes look weird in shape. The eye on the LH side looks like it has a large goiter on the upper eyelid.

You're overworking this.
Smooth the pointy bits, streamline the face tones a bit more (refine the chin, it looks stripey), and move on. Continuing to overwork it won't improve it at this point.

Too much details and shading in her face make her look old, especially around the eyes and the nose.

Simplify those area, and you may end up with something quite nice.

I like it although there seems to be a lack of shading between the bottom of her neck and shoulder blades, she seems like a rather slim women so would I be right to suggest that D:

I maybe wrong though after all if you referenced it I'm sure you are aware what should and shouldn't be shaded :D

Thank you. I do agree with the shading on the neck. I'll have to mess around with it a little more.
