Hiya
I though i would ask a question i assume that knowone has ever asked.
And no,i have not done a search :p

Either yourself or in a group?
Does anyone know of any commercial band,dance music artists that have used C4D XL for their video's?

I use a professional software studio package call Reason 2.5 http://www.propellerheads.se and wanting to do a music video using C4D R8.1 in the future with one of my dance tracks which would include animated underwater scean / tidal waves / and water tunnel effects,with fireballs flying down crashing into the earth while a space shuttle blasts off into space and landing on Mars where their is a party of skeletons dancing about :wip:

Kinda strange but there you go.

Happy ship has worked on at least one, I"ve seen quite a few german groups with music videos done using C4D, not sure about anything here in North america yet. Only a matter of time though.

C4D is definitely capable of it, and you can listen to audio directly in the editor, so that should help a lot.

Hi,
in Germany the Medien Bunker created at least two music videos (one of them still playing on MTV if i recall correctly) and in Italy also two music videos (one from Eros Ramazotti) were produced with CINEMA by a very talented group of CINEMA pros.
Most likely there are more out there.

I am working on one at the moment for a solo artist based in London i have just finished the storyboards and will be starting work on it in the next week or so it will all be done in Cinema

"what else is there"????

this is why I haven't posted th Bionicles i've been to busy to sort them out for everybody but i will.

The best C4D vid imo is the Tiro Mancino video (they're an italian band), it has been made by Direct2Brain you can find it at www.d2b.com

Pasto, your work is simply amazing. Discovering it is like a gift. I'm having a question translated to French so I can ask you about something in the video.

There's also a music video done by one of the better and more in-demand C4D motion graphics guys, a very good attempt to revive some of that 20s/30s metro look, from someone who's probably tired of being in the 70s at his other gigs.
