I just had a question regarding Maya ncloth and rigging. I have a character that is basically all ready to go, but I was curious if there was a way to control the flickering that occurs when a dynamic surface is colliding with a passive surface. I used ncloth to create hair. I modeled the hair and applied a transparent hair texture on it so I can use the least amount of resources possible. But I would like the hair to move dynamically, that way the animation feels more fluid. I was wondering if there is a known solution to this problem. I was also curious if anyone knows of the best way to rig a character with cloth on it.
