CGTalk - quick edit button

Hello!
Just dowloaded a Zbrush demo. I can't find the quickedit button to smoothen the display of the mesh. (From a tutorial) .It's supposed to be on the upper left corner nect to the edit and draw icon, isn't it?

No answer? Well I guess It's a very complicated question... I don't feel so bad I didn't find the freeky button!

I need to activate the smooth display option for a mesh I'm sculpting. In the tutorial I'm following this bitton was exactly next to the edit and draw button. In version 3 It seems that It's gone. Where can I find It now or is there another way to activate the smooth quality display for my geometry?

You´ll find it in the Transform palette.
