this is my cgtalk entry of the month and I reeeaaaly need some pointers to fix before I go on, give it to me, give it to me hard:buttrock:

The head needs alot of work, but I can't make it out well enough to crit.
Check your proportions. The arms are too long, and the lower leg is too short.
You joints are modeled wrong. The character may not deform properly when rigged. Also, you're overall topology may give you some problems with deformation. All your polys run vertical and horizontal. There are no/few loops. You;ve got the basic shapes there, you just need to do some tweaking.
Also, you'l need to post a closeup shot of the head if you want crits on it.

ohh yess, the hands are way too long:)
fixed that now, and working on the loops
I know the head needs alot of work, I'm going to add a mask and then optimise it

The head needs work definetly. Also the proportions on the body are off. Try to get some reference on human anatomy and check the shapes/proportions a little better.
It's an ok model though.

What kind of superhero are you trying to create here. Is it realistic, stylized, cartoonish. Depending on that there could be proportion issues to go over. But overall I agree with the other crits.
