Very cool stuff man. Really diggin the Lair dragon. And the whistle in Bolt. Nice secondary on the flying tail grab / whip anim, cool arcs.

Keep on rocking it.

yo animark, very nice stuff in this reel, you surely have a great sense of animation, trajectories and arcs, i especially like when the girls is caught in bolt and makes her surprised move and the grab tail also, thx for sharing..

That's pretty cool you got to work on Bolt. Must have been a fun project.

thanks everyone for the comments!!

harmonic - i appreciate all the help you've given me man! ;)

kielfiggins - im glad you liked the tail whip animation. I ended up having to animate a ball in place for the creature so I could concentrate on conan. I guess it turned out ok since you liked it!
I liked your reel btw too. MMO animations never looked so good! hehe

sipone - no problem man. id like to see what you've been working up in france too!

kristofferic - yea the bolt project was fun. we just helped out in few cinematics for the game. The game has way more awesome animations which were done by avalanche studios.

Nice reel you've got there. Only note I have is that conan's head clips through the geometry of the door while he's lifting it. Also I am not sure if Nirvana's "Teen Spirit" really works with your demo reel. Overall good job and good luck.

Ha, never even noticed teen spirit (i mute reels...). Again really solid work, though one side crit, I'd make your contact info visible on your site, not just inside your resume.

Best of luck getting a new gig.

PS - thanks for the kind words on my reel, much appreciated. I loved the variety of animating MMO characters, simply so many to do.

Love the nirvana...all the creature stuff was awesome. love the little dragon bumpin' the big dude. very cool. only thing that stuck out was the overextension on the "enemy arm" at frame 204 for your bolt stuff...but again totally solid otherwise. loved the quad jump hold onto the wall for the first conan clip. awesomeness

Thanks again guys.

I updated my reel it with some cinematics from Conan that wasn't in it originally. If you guys want to leave any comments or critiques, feel free!

I guess I can't expect everyone to like nirvana. I just stumbled across it looking for high energy music and a consistent beat. Plus I liked the song too.

This is off the subject but I just watched the new season premiere of Lost. If anyone used to watch it at all at any point, this season will answer lots of questions. yes!!! ^^
