Hey Guys,
I made a 3d Fluid Container and have clouds contained therein. I can't seem to get my vortex modifier to affect them. I have made the Vortex d/wide enough to encompass the fluid, just cant seem to get any motion out of the two. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jose Briseno

Are you sure they're both properly connected?

Hey! Thank for the quick reply!

I set the attribute density to dynamic. It still dosent have any effect. Any more ideas? Thanks again!

In the Fluid attributes menu it have a "Vortex tab." I have the outliner open. Should it be showing a relation ship between the Vortex and the fluid or is there a node menu I can open to see if they're linked correctly?

You also need a dynamic velocity grid. Note that any noise texture will not move with the flow by default. One can make coordinateMethod = DynamicGrid, but generally it is better to animate the noise time value or not use texturing at all.

To see if your field is assigned to the fluid properly use the dynamics relationship editor.

Thanks so much! I'm going to play around with it and see if I can get the results I want.
