hi,
id like to have a brushed metal like shader and i dont manage to make a good lookin one , i tried the "lathe metal" shader on highend 3D and other from me but its not that ... anyone have an idea?

i would try some procedural shaders, using layerd texture orsomething im sure that would work fine. there are lots of images on like a google search that could give you what your looking for also.
