The main trouble here is a bad anatomy. There are much u must correct, or just redraw in she's forms. Try and use some refs, if you could find them.
The second thing i can say is that you MUST define a lightscourse in your painting to get values right. Look, there is a light scourse behind her back - it illuminates half of the face and whole back, arms, e.t.c.. But i can see - looking on her leg - another light scourse that is positioned in front of her and a bit higher. If there is such a light in front of her, than why her shoulders, face, breast, e.t.c. doesn't lightened properly?
DEFINE light in the scene and you will be happy with results! :deal:
I can advise you to try it in monochrome first, by the way. Black and white image will help you focus on values.

For skin advice I would say even though her skin colour is green don't just limit yourself to using just green. Most things are influenced by other colours and light therefore the skin, what ever colour it is should be made up of more than just one colour :)

You may want to try using a different coloured background other than grey, white or black in order to help you in colouring the skin, you would be surprised the difference it makes in helping you select colours to use :)
