hi there,... I'm currently rendering some mutlichannel exr's using M2009 stereocam (stereopair)
My file name prefix is like: channel_test
and my buffer naming string is like: <Renderpass>
my problem now is that maya automatically names all the extra channels like LeftCam_<RenderPass>
even if the cam name ist not in the file prefix included... I've tried everything to get rid of the cam name within the channel name... without success
since this is really srewing up my stereo comps in Nuke (have to grade all views separately) I'm desperate to give those channels a custom name... (or at least without any cam bollocks).. anyone?.. any ideas? .. the manual doesn't give me much about that...
any help is much appreciated.. cheersx, J.
