I am currently in the Steampunk and Myths challenge and have been trying to upload my final image via FTP. However, with the imformation provided for this process, my FTP Client, FileZilla, reports, "Could not connect to server." Here is the complete outcome of trying to connect:

Status: Resolving address of challenge.cgnetworks.com
Status: Connecting to 207.44.248.10:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220-Greetings!
Response: This server is being decommissioned. All content has now been moved.
Response: Please log in to hosting.cgsociety.org as you would this server to
Response: find you files there...
Response:
Response: If you have any problems, please contact charles@netcraft.com.au
Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.2.5 Server (ProFTPD) [server5.cgnetworks.com]
Command: USER challenge22
Response: 331 Password required for challenge22.
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Could not connect to server

I assure you everything is fine on my side as I have done the Network configuration wizard as well as "pinged" and "traced" my packets and there is no problem on my side. I am also wondering if any other member has been having this problem or has resolved it. I fear that this problem will not be rectified before the deadline of this competition and I plead help. I would deem it unfair if I do not get to submit my work (which I have had ready-to-go for the longest while) due to a problem not existing on my end. I truly hope I may get assistance before time runs out and I apologize if there is any implied tone when reading this message; I am just frustrated by this dilemma. Looking forward to a response.

Thanks and regards.

Looks like they have migrated to another server location, all the details are there in the FTP messages. You might check with the contest organizers to see if the FTP server has indeed moved to another address (for security sake). Cheers!

Thanks but I've been looking around on the site in hope to find someone to address the problem and so far I have emailed one person from Ballistic Media who hasn't responded yet. I have found nowhere on the site so far that I may post my problem

Have you actually tried doing what it says in the message? If youre connecting to hosting.cgsociety.org then id be surprised if it tells you youre connecting to the old server.

I've done all of that and I've went further than that to try my connections. Anyway it's a prob on CG's end and they're gonna rectify it and notify by email
