Happy New Year everyone!
This is for Capcom recent contest ; Street Fighter IV inside cover-art contest entry. I have no idea who won the contest yet though lol so anyway it's been awhile already so i thought i'll just submit it here and share with you guys.
Characters for the Left is Gouken which is Ryu's and Ken's Master/Mentor. From the middle till the right side are the new characters Viper, Rufus, El fuerte and Abel.
My objective for this drawing was to show Gouken the old school master looks as if he is against the four new challangers.
My idea of Gouken is that he is antique and very chinese and that really fit into my way drawing style. Wanted to have it seem like a Sumi-e style portrait for him.
