Does anyone know of any documentation on stretch rigs and/or GI Joe-like rigs?

It's nice to download a rig but I'd rather know how to do it.

Thanks I've already been at Rigging101, nice site and they have a nice FK/IK arm tutorial.

But I'm looking for more about the expressions that are driving the new rigs.

I'm still looking myself I'll let everyone know if I find anything. If not I guess it's time for some reverse engineering.

What I ment was that Goosh did the setup on IKjoe (which I suppose you ment instead of GI joe, which has nothing to do with rigging;) ) and now he promotes the tutorialCDs of how to make the same setup...
