The animation is not bad at all, it sometimes twitches or is too fast, but my ears are killing me, what is that sound ? you killed it all with the noisy background... I had to turn it off !

Hi Robin,
Looking good, a few things to consider if your keen on improving the reel.
Ditch the all the fancy text intro stuff at the start, just bring up a title card with your details, keep it simple. The music you have is not good for this type of thing, you want something subtle, upbeat and non offensive, what you have is thumping industrial noise.
What sort of work are you looking for ? generalist? if not you need to focus the reel on one particular discipline. With the character animation I would suggest looking at strengthening your understanding of posing and also tracking your arcs.
Cheers

Character animations and rigging looks good! try to x-fade between a rendered output and a wireframe now and then. that always works great :) (or solid with visible edges and some ambient occlusion)
As already said, the music is a bit distracting and doesn't fit the visuals that well. Try a more relaxing sound, you don't know your future clients music taste so try to keep it a bit generic but not like to poppy.. I once had a demoreal with an aphex twin track.. looked great to me but looking back it was a bit to much when viewed in a zen&fountain like advertising agency :)
