CGTalk - Vanishing Menu bar

Umm my menu bar (file edit ...etc.) has mysteriously vanished from my interface. Anyone know why maybe? I already restored ui elments and del my env file and restarted, still no menu bar.

I am using this incident to get used to using my hotbox menu, buti still want my menu bar back. if anyone know how to get it back i would really aprreciate it. I hope my only option isnt to reinstall. BUT, if it is....it is.:annoyed: :banghead: :sad: :cry:

No re-install, just hit

CTRL + M
