Following the advice of someone that, next time, I post the sketch before I spend all that time painting, here is a giant bursting through a door.

He looks like he's falling backwards through the door--his center of gravity is well behind his feet. >.>

Well, he doesn't look like he's going to fall as much--I think if you put his right leg (our left side) actually behind him, like he's striding forward, that'll be a big help.

Now I'm more confused about his overall posture--he's standing straight, shoulders square, RIGHT on the other side of the door. Didn't he have to duck and squeeze his shoulders in to get through the door? If he's moving at high speed (suggested by 'bursting'), he probably wouldn't be straightened up again until he's a pace or two inside. I'd either move him further inside if you want him to stand like that, or change his posture so he's crouching more, or just have him smashing the masonry overhead with that club to make some head room.

Also, he's squatting REALLY low--it kinda looks now like he's sitting on an invisible chair in the doorway. That's not really an efficient way to move forward.

You might want to turn the giant off and draw a stick figure positioned the way you want your giant positioned. Draw your stick man with little boxes at the joints and give some thought to length of the forearm vs upper arm, thigh vs torso, that kinda stuff.
