mmm... the model need to be refined, the legs look too fat and the face must be better defined ecc ecc, but i don't mind at all...

leave it as it is and improve the skinning, you can see that part of the cloth penetrate the body (between the chest and the arm and just over the legs).
once this is fixed you could start working on a stick kata. years ago i learned a ju jitsu stick kata, i remember it was very hard and surely will be an hard rigging job to face.
