Hi Sambath, the form and pose of your models is pretty good
but I would suggest maybe breaking it down to just 3 of your characters and taking them to a higher standard.
You have expressed on the forum how your nervous about getting a job
with this reel, well you have to remember your up against some stiff
competition as your obviously going for a character artist job
and your texturing isnt really developed so your narrowing it down to just a character modeler.
Maybe spend some more time developing a few, The guy standing on one leg for example, his ears need redoing and the cloth of his pants isnt very accurate.

The girl has a nice body flow but she looks very roughly done, still see zbrush strokes on the surface. I particuarly like the Ninja turtle but again it looks too rough like a zbrush sketch you did quickly.

I might be wrong and you might get some job offers but if you dont you probably want to fine tune your reel a bit.

You have some good modeling skills there, but I have a few critiques for your reel.

1. rendering with anti aliasing (which I do not think you can do with the Zbrush turntable plugin) would help show off the models a bit more since it can be a bit distracting, especially if you increase or full size the video which most people will do.
2. Tighten up the shots cuts a bit more since there are some quick transitions. Especially with balancer's transition between wireframe and full poly. The camera angles could use a bit of work as well
3. On Leonardo the camera should be set with it's focus point on the stand since it moves around the composition slightly which can be a tad distracting. As a small note Leonardo has a blue mask (thats a minor issue though:))
4. I would change the last image at the end or maybe not include one. It is not your strongest piece and probably not the last image you want to have the art director see.

thanks for the feedback, I'm gonna spend a little time to learn how to render properly and reedit it a little better.

O yea the reason why the turlte has a red headband is because I'm doing the old eastman and laird turtles not the cartoon versions.
