Of course, there is ZBrush Central, first station :) I would also go to http://www.3dtotal.com/ , choose "Free Stuff -> Tutorials -> ZBrush" and look for the series made by "Jason Welsh", it's a very good introduction to ZBrush in my opinion (other tutorials on the site are well worth the look too once you've gone trhough the first steps :)
