Hey,
I'm 16 and I've been using after effects for around 2-3 years as well as 3ds max for a little less. Ae is my main focus though.
Pretty much self taught thanks to spending lots of times on the forums :)

That was pretty good, some of the vfx shots could use a little bit more work but the motion graphics is really nice. Overall this is a pretty good reel, especially coming from a 16 year old, I would say you have a long and great career ahead of you.

I am amazed by what you can do at 16. The 3d needs a bit of work but some really strong motion graphics and compositing. Throw in a few more years of experience and perhaps some art college and you should be in really great shape. I definitely see a future for you in the industry.
