View Full Version : My first character Modelling try
Oikman 06-22-2003, 10:03 PM This is my first character model. I have yet to add the arms. Any ideas that i could use or anything that could help me on my way to being better at modelling?
Thanks

hey there, nice work. My suggestions would be to get some refs and note the proportions of each body part. The legs seem s abit short and the entire character feels a little boxy. Round it out more.:)

a ref is any object or image you use to base your current work on. it's a shortened form of the word reference.

Well, modeling takes time. Just keep working at it and don't be afraid to try new things. I agree also, with the reference pictures, it's a must.:buttrock:
