hey, im 14 and just getting into painting, i like to paint with watercolour so im practicing that right now. i just worked on this painting for the past 4 hours or even more (didnt keep track of time). it was done from a pic i really liked.

your proportions are off, the nose is to light, and the eyes are to small, try working with colors and doing wet on dry style for the lips and eyes, and i would do dry on wet for the rest thats not detailed

try to find a way to take the focus off of the mouth. Teeth have a way of taking over because of the darker color around them. A more defined face and hair would help.
Also I'm not sure of the mood the character is in. At first I think happy, but the canine teeth again stand out and it takes away. They make her almost vampireish
Keep at it and you'll work it all out....from what I see you have a good start.
