Here I show you my last job.
This is superman, inspiration and design of Alex Ross of which I am a big fan.
This image I have done the base in xsi, modeling and textures in ZBrush and composition in Photoshop.

I hope that you like it.tdedicated to all the great fans of Superman and comics in general.

I would like to thank Alex Ross for his drawings, are a great source of inspiration for me.

I am seriously loving this here. I would love to see him in an old attire. Maybe a grayed washed out color for the blue and for the red just dingy it up. I love it though. I need to step my game up and get off of making cubes. LOL. excellent bro. Keep this awesome work flowing. People like you inspire to do more.

Hi there Aldart, I like your Alex Ross interpretation on Superman! I think the details and texturing are ace, especialy the face but the shader and render really lets the whole thing down IMHO. I think a unique skin shader and velvet type cloth shader along with some GI would really help this piece of work shine!

Just my 2 pence worth :D

thanks for your words.
The final Render it was made in ZBrush and composite in Photoshop,not Mental Ray.I like do that because it´s a great way,fast and effective to do a great concept 3d.
Of course that is not done with Mental Ray rendering or VRay.

The face is dead-on and your fabric looks very good. However, Superman's cape looks like posed clay to me. Also, it kinda looks like he's wearing a cod-piece; his groin area is rather massive.

Overall, I like the image a lot and think you've captured the Alex Ross feel quite well.
