Impressive.
But if you can make some reflections in the glass it would look better, more real yet. Just now the glass is not visible. Is there glass???

first of all nice work dude. im using a seiko watch thats why im saying it. nah kidding. :)

nice modeling, yet it would be better if you used HDRI and a few caustics of the metallic bands. that would make it more realistic. :)

anyway, nice work work.:)
