This is my first post, It's a pleasure to post on such a wonderful site, so much talent! I don't even come close to the talent on this site but I fgured I'd throw something in to see what sort of response I'd get.

It's a hybrid CG/oil. I painted most of the textures in oil, scanned them in, then modeled, textured, and lit in Lightwave 5.5. Rendered it in 7.0 because the ligthing worked out better, after rendering this for massive print rez 7200 X3000 at 300 DPI because I sell these as paintings as a Giclee print, I digitally painted more detail in photoshop. If you want to know more about the process there is an article in CGW about it at the bottom.

One more thing. I thought I'd include the link to my printer, he's affordable and does a great job.

GICLEE ART (http://www.gicleeart.com)

If you ever thought of printing your work on canvas, or if you wanted to make posters, this is the man to do it. his name is Chris.

Good luck folks!
