Now the entire body...neptune will be riding his horses but thos will be tomorrow...

Nice character work...But needs more improvement. You are making a god here. So I would like to see more muscles...and of course a good chest. Now to me its just an old man.

And you need to be more steampunk! More hoses, gas tank, Gear weapon..would fit in cool. Your mask with goggles is a VERY GOOD idea.

So its time for POSIDON to visit the gym. Good Luck!

It's an initial sketch and I know, it needs more improvements ;)
The mask have a lot of hoses (it isn't hair...) but you are right, he needs to visit the gym and a big and steam weapon...I'll work on this...
