I think her hands need to follow some better arcs, and it overall could be a bit faster if she's dancing to music. Her right foot is a little poppy, and when she moves all the way to her left she's a bit unbalanced. The overlap on her left side dress is nice, but the other side could use some more work. She only moves her head down on one frame, make sure the arc of her nose and chin follow into that down frame better. Same with her COG. She's also got a bit of a stiff back and looks like one of those old metronomes. Throw some overlap in her spine, that would make it a bit more interesting. She's got a big poof of hair too, I'd assume that would overlap a bit more as well. Her shoulders are a bit stiff, could definitely raise them and bring them down as she moves into her lower pose, but have them offset a bit. And if you decide to put a better arc on her COG, make sure her knees have just as an appealing arc. cycle. You could also make her feet shuffle a bit as she goes instead of anchoring them to the ground uninterestingly.

that should be enough to get you started on a new one heh.

COG means center of geometry, or center of gravity or center of mass.
