i think you need to speed up the speed of the punch. a punch like that could be easly dodged and wouldn't knock another robot down, more like move him back a little.
other then that, off to a good start.

left hand comments:
when the right hand goes back the left hand kind of comes up and in front to counter the fact you are withdrawing your strong arm behind you.
Left hand rotates back and forth, it should be still. It should come up as well as in front. Most people try and defend thier eyes and nose (at least that's what i think)
Right Arm:
The windup should be nearly as fast as the puch, that would help 'weight' the timing. You could have a moving hold at the back to give people a chance to read the pose. and for our little guy to read the threat too (more on that below)
Secondary character:
He starts to move right along with our big guy there. This is too much overlap and confuses the action. It also suggests that he should be able to get out the way.
The first guys hand goes back, the little guy realizes and tries to throw his hand up to defend but... WAP, too late.
His movement should be reactionary and be in one jerk. Maybe his hands come up to far forward and too low to be useful. I dunno, it should just be snappy.
Also, there is no stinking way he would lean forward! Back maybe, with a little half step, but not forward. Holy smokes, no wonder he got nailed so hard :-)
The fall:
Looks great. So does the arc in the shoulder and the follow through. everything else feels really good to me. Don't be too critical, at some point we shoot the animators and release the film too....
like it. Good job.

good job there, but maybe you could try and make it even more dynamic. as he brings his arm back for the punch, try moving his pelvis back a little then, when he lunges out, move it forwards and maybe even take a step forwards - what you are trying to do is give it more reach when he punches, make him look like he's REALLY reching out, rotate his spine forwards, whatever, just make him look like he's not holding back! you dont want him to punch the other character, you want him to punch THROUGH him, which will look more powerful. also, try selecting all the joints in the punching arm and offset them a couple of frames as they come through on the punch - you will see the spine rotate to it's maximum and then the arm will come through a few frames later, in a whip effect. this very short delay will add even more power to the punch as it will look more like the motion has a drving force from the spine which follows through down to the arm.
also, style wise, i think that the motion looks a little too organic for a robot - of course this is up to you, it's only my opinion, but i would maybe like to see the robot move quickly from pose to pose, a bit more snappy and hold the poses a bit so you get these relatively quick transitions between the poses. you could then try and show he has a bit of weight by adding a bit of jiggle as he comes to a stop - think of a robot arm making a car. you can get some really nice robotic movement if you start to think about how the robots joints are built and what sort of movement they would allow - for a start, from what i hear, it's quite hard to build a ball and socket joint that's any good for a robot, so things like shoulders would be compound joints that consist of a few seperate joints that each allow rotation in a different axis and together they would act to rotate the arm to the desired angle. you could emphasise things like this by only rotating the joint in one axis before the next axis moves, for instance. there is so much you can do. all this is just like adding the spices to an already tasty dish though ;)
hope this helps! you've done well there already
