Saw a similar image on the net a few years back. Took it as a challenge and tried to do almost a ditto. Bulb is made of splines and lathe modifier is applied to it. Others are just polygon models. HDRI map has been used for reflections.

Great job, and nice reflections!

(I think that there shouldn't be so many light sources because of the multiple shadows.)
