i m working on my demo reel for nearly 2 months now,for that i took nearly 30 different render passes, taking many many render hours .

Now, all the render passes are taken from a orthographic camera(i thought my model was looking this way better), now my question is whether i can use my luminance map to give perspective in AFX itself(now realizing some obvious problems with orthographic render).

thank you, please help.

Not really. You could perhaps use your depth map to get some dispalcement going, but since there will be no info encoded into the pixels for overlapping areas, it will not look correct. You will also have to make further adjustments to it, most likely, by adding extra layers for spherical distortions and controlling the intensity...

Isn't there any plug-in which can be used, otherwise any other software perhaps?

Try Optical Compensation or Bulge if manaully building a finer displacment map is beyond you. Everything beyond it would be hocuspocus - even the smartest plugin cannot invent pixels that you didn't render to begin with.
