You need to go to the new Knowledge desk ( in the Discussion form) it is under downloads. I have it works.....

Hey guys,

Try this:

Then on the left hand side, click on Downloads, FBX Plugins and it will list the 3.82 FBX plugins for Maya 4.5 (Win, OSX and Linux!)
