for one Thursday was a bank holiday in germany and also Harald Egel got some well earned holiday on Friday. Harald Egel has nothing to do with the Maxon support nor has the info account. If you want to send support questions to Maxon germany please use support @ maxon.de or the mentioned webform. Please keep in mind that the german support can only support you in german. If you want to get english speaking support outside the US please send mail to support @ maxon.net for US and South America please use techsupport @ maxon.net
