The only small crit I have is where the smaller horns come out of his skin. I'd maybe make the skin in those areas.... I dont' know. A bit more worn maybe? Like wrinkled and all that good stuff. Was that descriptive enough?

Yeah, they did look too clean and featureless. I did some tweaking and came up with this:

I took out the horns on his jawbone, they didn't look right. I'm still going to add some more detail around his nose and mouth, they look rather plain next to the rest of the head now.

I really like the fact that it isnt a standard super evil looking demon. The fact that he doesnt look that angry gives him a more intelligent "visage"

I softened up the crease above his brow. Before it looked sort of like a cheesy prosthetic bit a B movie actor might have glued on to look like a monster :P This should let me animate his forehead a bit easier, as before he'd have limited brow movement.

Hey, awsome start to a good design. Just a comment or two. I think that the wrinkles in the lower half of the mouth need to be softened to match the top half. Mainly the cheek bone and nose to mouth corner wrinkles. I also think that the lips would look better if the top was thinner and the bottom was thicker, and a little more rounded. Good work. :buttrock:
