You seem to be getting a little better but I can see from this model some serious modelling problems. What software are you using?

The hands for example are done completely the wrong way.. not to offend but they are so wrong I can't even begin to verbalize how much so.

So putting that aside..

Another criticsim would be that the head or more specifically the face is lacking detail..

You proportions of the body are fairly natural but the hands are also particularily large.. IE mickey mouse gloves. You need to focus on details.

Do several of these tutorials and post your results of each before attempting another full character.
