first thing it screams at me is photoshop filters, an issue of taste - i find heavy use of filters a bit unpalatable (but thats just me)

other than the debatable filter issue :-

where the hair has been blurred the applied image texture (looks like one of the artistic filters) has been lost. looks a bit odd? perhaps apply texture after blurring hair.

the cut out looks like a magic wand tool was used a bit viscously? its cut into the face a little and is quite jagged-edged.

blurred bits again - the blur has emphasised a dark blackish colour (only on the left side) i vote you get rid, see rough pic i done>

Well Ben, the question here is, what are you trying to show us?

If you're just playing around with filters, then you did a good job - but why post it if it's just fooling around?
And if you feel this work is finished as it is, then I must suggest you post it in the WIP forums to get some feedback and ideas on how to improve it!
