how can o orbit around poin/object? - not arount center of scene.

i know that that are basic things, but i cant find it :-(

1.) "group" both objects and apply a material to the group

2.) there isn't one... sorry. But explain more what you want to create. There might be another way of what you are thinking of.

3.) press "F" which will frame the object. Then you'll be orbit around the selected object(s). Use the "S" key to orbit,pan and zoom.

To connect curves, do a Create > Curve > Merge. Select the first curve, select the point you want to connect, select the second curve, pick the point you want to connect.
