Rat and Lizard are having soup for dinner. If Rat doesn't do a good job with the soup, maybe Lizard will eat him instead? I don't know.
I did this one for practice, hope you like it. Feedback is welcome.

I like this style very much! It seems as technique i would like to reach - have the finished and rich feeling, but not to spend too much time, and brush strokes! :applause:

For this piece i would only like to have some stronger light on main characters, or more colours on them (lizzard, furnace) to get more direct attention....

I love this color .And some thing had depiced simpleness . For example the mouse ..

Npantic: You might be right about colours on the figures. I was hesitant about the colour and value of the lizard, first tried to make him reddish, but then he became too isolated. His texture and curved shape already contrasted with the grass and the stones. Also the colour of the backlight felt confusing when the lizard was red. But in this version I agree that he's a bit lost. I think the rat stands out better with the light shining through his ears. Thanks for the feedback!
