I should start by saying this is my first model/rig/animate/particle so any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

I am working on an environment scene with a tower in the background (silhouetted) that I wish to have a flock of birds exiting from. I intend on rendering a single frame, so the overall animation really doesn't matter so much as a single frame from it.

Here is my first attempt, any advice would be appreciated.

looks to uniform an like ists coming out of an emitter an theres try to cluster the birds but have them move in a group too, look for some referance if anythnig

I disagree, If you were to see the tower he describes in the post, I think you would see that it has to look like it is coming from an emitter that is the tower window.

Since you are only looking for a single frame, if you pause at any single frame I think it looks pretty good.
