Hmmm we know what to do already! Hope its never too late..
Bible has given indication to the rebirth of Jesus somewhere near the end of the so called bad era of earth,so does the Buddhism and Hinduism.They all come up with a rather 'dark' incarnation of God who would be a slayer rather than a messenger of peace.
Hinduism clearly states it as Kalki Incarnation : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalki

And I guess our 'Trailer' wud more or less move around this excerpt from one Hindu Scripture:

Whenever righteousness declines
And unrighteousness increases,
I make myself a body;
In every age I come back
To deliver the holy,
To destroy the sin of the sinner,
To establish righteousness

But I believe an incarnation isn't bound by religion or something. Every religion might see it as their own God,but its just their perception/view of the same Divine image of God.

Now add to this another 'pass' of steampunk and Voila! Hehe .. lets see
besides,I love mermaids,nymphs and fairies so we might be mixing up some myths here.
