This is the new artwork I did for the amazing band "Tabloid".
The scene was done from scratch in 3ds max with a photometric lighting rig,finished and comped in PS.
it will actually feature as a cover for their first album.

Roy! You escaped Animated?! Congratulations dude. Nice piece by the way. A bit too clean though. Would have been nice to see more garbage on the ground and maybe some graffiti or a concert poster banner for the group on the walls.
But I know ya gotta give the client what they ask for, even if you would have pushed it further.

aa, great work, but is this tube at the left is so necessary? looks like it bothers the eye to look at the picture, because there is no DOF effect. That's why it looks unrealistic. We couldn't see this tube clearly without bluring the background, or otherwise we couldn't see the background clearly without bluring the tube :D
but anyway the mood is awesome! i like it
