looks ok I think.
just a few crits:
- The sea looks too flat and repetitive. Almost like a rough glass.
- The shadows the ships are casting are wrong, it should be behind the ships and not on the side.
- The ships could also use a little more detail, or at least lighten up a little bit, they are quite dark (you could argue that that's ok because the sun is coming from the opposite side of the camera, but then I would change the lighting, it looks a little flat).
Just my thoughts.
With a little tweaking you can improve it a lot I think.

lense flare + bad commpression, owch,

use a 3 point lighting setup, have another one on the opposite side of the sun, just to hilight the ships so they are not silluites, the sea would reflect the light dont forget.

I could see this image being better...

besides the fixes mention above.. maybe some mountaains or somin in the background...so not to give it that infinity depth!!

also the specualrity on the water...it should be very soft according to the cloudy sky above...
