few comments,

i see you have a good colors sleected
you should use 2 to 3 same size line widths insted of haveing 5 to 7 differn size lines widths, the design is overdoing with use lines going left and right up and down take some out use solid bars.

whats that nav bar on top right? and inside the main page too?

on top blue bar going across top, that white is too white for me eye, alpha it down 30% or 25%.

take out ani. vision above news/contant text. too many times seen, have no purpuse of being there if u see the logo on left all the time.

i do like the + + + + u have in the design.

thats what i would do if that was my deisgn, i would do more too but thats a start, so i hope i was some help :shrug: and did not make u mad, :wavey:

ah, that's what it is.... the color scheme, the clean vector art and the + + + pattern that reminds me of something spoono.com used to have....
