Hi!

Could somebody recommend some technique how to achieve real like look like on the attached photo?

My workflow is polymodelling plus CS4. I though about hand modelled camo pieces on the model and then turning them to reactor cloth. Or just using Flex modifier on them.

Or modell just sniper clothing and then scatter the camo pieces over desired parts.

But I would like to hear your opinion or practical experience of yours.

What I need is the camo react realistically to motion of the sniper and gravity force...

Thanks in advance!

You may be able to accomplish that with a high poly plane with opacity textures and then use Reactor Cloth to get the gravity and flow effect.

Another option could possibly be using Shag Hair... but that may not work.

Model the cloth and then use a simulation to drape...

i don't think u can easily do it any other way....

is this for hi rez or low rez?
