Industrial supplier McMaster-Carr has added downloadable 3D models of over 60K of their parts. Use their on-line catalog to search for a part and if a 3D model or CAD spec is available (as indicated by symbol on parts page), you can download the 3D model. Sweet. Format options include:
3D: EDW, IGES, SAT, Solidworks and STEP
2D: DWG, DXF, PDF, 2D Solidworks
