Hi,
I decided to use this girl model which I've modeled earlier and put it in a full scene.
All 3D elements were done with Blender, and the heavy post production with photoshop: the sky was hand-painted, as well as the flying leaves, far kites and flowers.

It was a very fun piece to make.

Very good job! looks very "Pixar-ish".

Everything looks wonderful except for her hand and finger positions. A more natural pose would top this piece off!

-I really like her expression, she's having fun... I just think her hands and foot could of been worked on a bit more....

it's so cute...
but in my opinion more curl on grass fibers could improve the realism.

Very good job! looks very "Pixar-ish".
I don' think so :). 3* from me, the girls face looks to burned and the grass is to linear.

Personally I think her face looks scary, like a zombie. Her eyes are slightly too wide open, she has that terrified/happy look, bring down the eyelids a tiny bit and it would make a world of difference. And her pose is very stiff, her whole body is straight upright, which feels odd with her on that incline.

I'd love to see the posing updated, because I feel like the model and scene are well done, it's just a matter of moving the joints and face controls around and you have a solid image.

(also I'd say crop the image up, there's a whole lot of grass at the bottom we don't need to see)

I'm agree with michael about the crop up...


Personally I think her face looks scary, like a zombie.....

...Came on don't exagerate...
