I have imported a curve from illustrator (basically a circle). I have used the bevel tool to bevel the curve and then the planar tool to add faces. When I render however there are little holes in the seams between the surfaces. I know it is a tesselation issue and I have upped the tesselation for all surfaces but there are still holes !!!

Any advice would be sweet.

Thanks in advance.

Have you activate smooth edge?

Also increase the value to max value.

Select the 1 of the nurb surfaces where you have the problem..Then open the Attribute editor. You will see options for Tesselation. Checkmark the box that says "Display render tesselation" Notice how that surface has the tesselation of the render right before your eyes....There are sliders so you can add or remove the tesselation after you manage to match up your tesselation and those holes are gone..It's always best to uncheck the checkmark in the attributes.

Then of that dosn't work.....Use the CV curve tool ( CUBIC If Nesseary ) and make a verticie point for every edge on the beveled surface. Then stich each point in onto the points of the beveled edge. Once you have the curve stiched onto it perfectly...the create a plainer for it.

Your cubic curve may appear like iut's not going on right when your applying it....Ignore that and when your done patching it on, it'll be on perfectly.
