The mesh is looking a lot cleaner than your Phillipus mesh but as I said back then, once you've got a hang of normal head modelling the next step is to be able to create wrinkles without the mesh going to hell and I think you've achieved this a lot better this time round than you did before. Good progress!

Thanks! I forgot to add the wrinkles to the forehead and I need to adjust some parts, like the chin and cheaks. Then the ears!
